full-bodied wine bursting with color, superior flavor and
complex aroma characteristics.
Our
wine kits include the grape juice/concentrate, yeast, clarifiers
(bentonite, chitosan or isinglass), stabilizers (potassium
sorbate and potassium metabisulphite) and any necessary add
packs (oak, crushed grapes, dried grapes, elderflowers, fruit,
etc.). All of the ingredients are pre-measured and instructions
are concise and easy to follow. Making your own wine has never
been as simple and enjoyable.
