TITRETS (SULFITE TEST KIT)

The Titrets sulfite test is based on the "Ripper" method. This kit uses an iodine solution with a starch indicator in a sealed tube that allows easy and accurate testing. Results are best on dry white wines. Red wines may give false high test results. As a rule, a test result of greater than 40ppm free sulfite for any wine should be considered suspect and an alternative sulfite determination method should be used. Range 10-100 mg/l, 10 tests/box
