MALIC ACID 50 LB BULK

Acid found in apples, grapes, etc. Adds an apple type tartness to wines. Can be added to must or finished wine. Used to boost malic acid for Malo-Lactic fermentation. Exercise caution when adding acid. It is easy to raise the acid level, but difficult to lower it.
