Cancellations


We strive to preocess your orders as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by calling 407.327.8467 within 4 business hours of order placement. Our office hours are
1pm to 5pm EST.

No emailed cancellations can be accepted.

Orders cancelled after the 4 hour limit, but before shipment, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped, it becomes the customer's responsibility to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us. This RMA number must be obtained once your order has arrived to you. Get your RMA number from us by calling our office at 407.327.8467 between the hours of 1pm to 5pm EST.
