Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges not included).

We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days from the day you receive your shipment. Our desire is to provide you the opportunity to shop for the highest quality products from the convenience of your home or office.

When your package arrives we want it to be better than you expected. If it is not, we want to know about it. We encourage you to contact us by e-mail or by phone to resolve any issues regarding purchases or products.

In the event that merchandise is damaged in shipment, please retain merchandise, records and all packing materials for inspection by carrier. Customer must file a claim against the carrier for reimbursement.
