Shipping Policy


We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS), USPS and DHL. Most orders ship out from our Central Florida location within 24-48 hours. However, if we happen to be out of an item, due to supplier shortages or large volume orders, we will make every effort to contact you regarding your backorder and we will ship your order as soon as possible.

You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order and can print your confirmation for your records.

* Please note that due to the size and weight of several of our large and heavy items they will be shipped via common carrier truck or FedEx Ground Hundredweight Service almost exclusively. We will contact you with the exact shipping charges before processing your order. Thank You for your cooperation.
